Cancellation & Refund Policy
- At Vigilant Safety Services, we understand that plans can change. Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund without penalty if the cancellation request is made more than 48 hours before the start of the class. However, due to scheduling commitments and instructor / material cost, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time.
- To request a cancellation and refund, please email us at info@vigilantsafetyservices.com with "CANCEL" in the subject line. A member of management will review the request and reply within 48 hours with further information and instructions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Reschedule Policy
- At Vigilant Safety Services, we offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling of your course. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a $20.00 fee. All rescheduling requests must be submitted prior to the start of the original course date, and the rescheduled class must be completed within 90 days of the initial class date.
- To request a new course date, please email info@vigilantsafetyservices.com with "RESCHEDULE" in the subject line, including an explanation and your preferred reschedule date. A list of available classes can be found at www.vigilantsafetyservices.com. A member of management will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Late Arrival / No-Show Policy for CPR Class Registration
- To ensure compliance with Health Safety Institute (HSI) requirements, all students must arrive at their scheduled class 10-15 minutes before the start time and attend the entire course. Late arrivals will be denied entry, and payment will be forfeited without a refund, as students may not arrive late or leave early.
- Students who do not show up for their scheduled class (“no-shows”) will also forfeit their payment without a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our training.
